Plunket:

There was recently an incident where a baby got on to the street in hastings, and was hit by a car, also the car was speeding. And it got massacred.

What about through plunket and a government trust, that there would be a baby fence system for houses, just of rolled fence wire, but at a decent height of say 1.2m, and bar pipe across the top so the baby can’t push down that fence. Of just 25mm SHS. Then you can metal cable tie it on to that. But the correct height certainly. Musn’t get under it also, so maybe SHS along the bottom also. Then SHS poles too.slammed into the ground and that would all need to be plasticoted, or primered with mixed white primer to various shades you could choose.

So the government trust is for when you are at plunket, you automatically get a package of baby fencing for the property. And it should be swimming pool type of fence legally required for it.

They can measure out your section, and do it all for you. Might end up costing 2g’s.

But the government trust is to create a profiting scheme but the money is done through hire purchase, and becomes owned by the family, and can retrade it on later post child rearing.

But certainly it would give returns to investors in the long term, at a small percentage each year, and above borrowing fees, from bulk govt borrow to support the hire purchases. But indeed it will give returns, at a small amount but I guess the point would be for investors to support this. It simply might match bank interest.

But even if was just from a government investment scheme, it would be a profiter, and would create quite a lot of work, or a bit at least.

But just comes as a package with plunket so as to certainly self market. Ie. You don’t need marketing. It’s just done off the birth cert registration.

Later on with tradeons of the fences, yu have to get it checked if you bought a trade on fence, or a couple of fence partitions. But they are all bolt together, and the generic length from steel and tube is 2m long, but you’d have a few bitsy length ones.and they just bolt together, with welded T junctions, with bolt holes in them.

So what do you think about that as an over above borrowing fees profiting system set up as a govt. trust. so I sent a few emails to FDNY, for prototyping a helicopter (prob not a whole helicopter but kit added to a suitable helicopter, but same for NZ we should have for y dimension.

Idea is:

The rotor blades obn top are protected by a guaze disk around them that move with the blade pictching or whatever. ie. angle the blades to move forward or back, so can hit side of a building and does not waste blades, and also off the main engine, you run a shaft to run two more blades mini in a walkway gauzed also, so that you can easily save people in high rise fires, or any vertical building, and wind wobble won't matter. Also with it is a clamping system that can attach inside the window frame, and further stabilises the walkway and craft,  and this is servo cnc for width and for clamping the shaft jaws to window frame in forwards dimension. so this sort of kit is great to prototype for a suitable helicopter design. And might be one per main city centre in NZ, so like prob 6-8 or whatever, at like 2 mill each. Might eeven have a winch rope that can winch firefighters from long rope to ground also, or backwards lowering, and with a hole door cut in the bottom of the heicopter for it. Prob 20 mill max for the whole country.

Some houses in wellington, can't get near them, but you still have the rope winch too.

More justification on the relector orange tubes I did

Justifications for the tubular reflector pipes vs the angle flap strips.

The other guy coming the other way can see them. They reflect at full 360 degrees.

The flap things are mainly for the car on that side to see the side of their road edge, vs having both forward and reverse ones seeing things.

They are not used at the side of the ropad for expense yet, and I wouldn’t do that. With their different colour of fluorescent tube, they can work as noticeably different to the side of the road markers. In fact sometimes, it should be illegal to have them as side of road markers. Well sometimes. But well great for things like the Eskdale bridge where everyone ends up smashing into the end of the bridge.

They definitely hold a separation in that they are asphalt bolted for the internals of the roading, rather than being in the dirt. Ocassinoally I have seen those flaps used in the middle, but it is better for both sides to see everything. They don’t wind bend much in high winds.

They are def 360 at any moment in time for both sides of traffic. They are good in daytime too being fluoro. They mark obstacles very well, and can be used for 3d guiding say like that Eskdale bridge, due to their tubular reflection.

They psychologically appear more as a barrier than a shitty flap. They feel more like a wall and reflect in 3d as you move like a real wall.

They are def seen by both parties. They are a bit more hardcore so you care about running them over more.

Yeh they can as appearance is different, be used for bolt into asphalt more and never confusion with side of road flaps. I reckon keep the flaps just as edge of road, and the tubes for in-asphalt 3d steering guides. The same thing with lights and shit. Like your headlights cannot be red and things like that for holographic confusion of the minds as you drive. And are never white, just orange or yellow.

Some people think they are expensive and should use flaps, but nah, they are certainly meant to provide a different effect, being more asphalt ones.

Dunno if they are still installing centre flaps. They really shouldn’t for the doublex where they became with the cats eyes, for centre of road and side of road were the two colourless whites.

They are really good for holographic confusion as you drive and for both sides of the two driving directions at once.

Some people think its like treating people like they are from playschool. And treating people like idiots, but nah. And there are drunk drivers as well. Or stoned. Or just tired.

But nah It’s completely different. Its for road marking guides and obstacle collision like that Eskdale bridge, and its for both sides of traffic, and the flaps are just meant to be edge of road. So it’s a 3 thing. Cats eyes for centre, flaps for side of road and fluoro 3d tube reflection for in road obstacle guide and avoidance and I really do think for holo road sensing from both parties that these things are good. Cause they do in-road guiding. Like on asphalt. So that’s a triangle of the issues.

Good for detecting car movements at a side intersection to 100k, cause can see the car reflections from tubes on both sides,and can detect cars covering the reflectors from ages away sometimes and can see them well ahead in 3d tube reflection from any angle of curve as you approach the possible move out of that person. Yeh but I reckon it is the last vertex of the triangle. Cause its in road guiding too. And just the 3d thing to be able to see them on other side of road also. Probably the last pitchfork in the triangle of 2d level road markers. So it’s the third one, of its an inbolt asphalt guiding system, and basically is 3d from both sides oncoming, and the lux from the reflector is also impt as an indicator. Yeh doing reflection on the back of those angled flaps, yeh but its not true holographic lux. And that can mean a lot.

BUT YEH BASICALLY 3D HOLO LUX FOR BOTH SIDES, PHYSICAL HARDNESS PSYCHOLOGY, DIFFERENTI-ATABLE FLUORO COLOUR VS SIDE OF ROAD WHITE FLAPS,  AND TO BE ON ROAD IN ASPHALT BOLTABLE FOR USE AS GUIDING OBJECTS.

PRETTY MUCH FOR THOSE REASONS, THEY COMPLETE THE TRIANGLE OF 2D RELFECTION ROADING.

BUT AFTER THAT, THERE WOULD BE NOTHING LEFT. YOU'D HAVE TO START WORKING ON MORE INTRICACY REASONS FOR CRASHES. LIKE THE POST DIMENSIONAL STUFF.  dUNNO MAYBE FOR BLIND RISES YOU COULD PUT A DISCO BALL REFLECTOR ON THE TOP OF ONE OF THOSE TUBE THINGS. ACTUALLY MORE LIKE A PRISM BLOCK OR SOMETHING THAT PRE-DETECTS THEIR HEADLIGHTS. tHAT SORT OF STUFF MIGHT BE DANGEROUS. BUT YEH. iT'S WORTH THINKING ON AT LEAST.

DUNNO YOU WOULD HAVE TO HAVE SOME GOOD OPTICAL PHYSICISTS AND SHIT, AND EVEN THODE PURPLE ONES REFLECT THROUGH EACH OTHER FOR BLINDS. iTS JUST HOW WOULD YOU RELATE THAT TO YOUR WINDSCREEN, AND ARE THEITR HEADLIGHTS GOING TO BLIND YOU ETC. iT WOULD BE INTERESTING TRYING TO PROTOTYPE THAT.
