has things called bonus bonds. What about a "Techno-Bonds" system. Maybe BNZ would do a version for us.

You would be in a lottery to win a half mill, you don't lose your money, and cannot, the prize pool might be smaller than the bonus bonds, so that money can spill over to our tsoc project. But in the long run you surely do win the lottery and everyone does at once, just by making this project happen, even if you don't win the actual lottery money.

WHAT ABOUT PER $100 SPENT AT THE SUPERMARKET, SAY 30C OR 20C GOES TO THIS INTO A BANK A/C. THIS IS DONE BY ORGANISING IT THROUGH THE SUPERMARKETS. MAYBE COULD BE A SWIPE CARD THAT CAN USE LIKE A FLYBUY CARD BUT EACH TIME YOU USE IT YOU ARE GIVING TO THIS. BUT ANOTHER OPTION IS AFTER VOTING FOR IT IT HAPPENS AUTOMATICALLY, BUT YOU ASK NOT TO PAY IT AT THE SUPERMARKET IF YOU WISH.
WHAT YOU NEED IS A PETITION FOR THE MINUSCULE TAX FOR IT, AND THATS VOTED FOR ON FACEBOOK OR BY WEBSITE IF YOU DONT HAVE FACEBOOK, OR BY TEXT.
BUT ID NEED MONEY AND HELP TO SET UP THE PETITION AND SITE, AND NEED VOLUNTEERS AS WELL AS A LITTLE MONEY.
